The Ogun State Health Insurance Agency offers you several ways to enroll as a beneficiary. As a beneficiary, your details are stored in the system and you are able to take advantage of the benefits of the Health Insurance Scheme.
How to Enroll on OGSHIA Informal Sector Scheme
Register Online (Self Registration)
Register on our website at your convenience. Please note that biometrics capturing will be required to complete registration. Our customer service personnel will contact you with additional information.
Register via Third-party
Visit one of our Third-party Administrators in your Local Government Area and they will assist you with your registration.
Visit OGSHIA Office
Visit our office at Maria Sokenu Complex, beside Nigerian Immigration Office, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta. Our experienced personnel will assist you.
Visit Primary Health Centres
Register at any of our registered Primary Health Centre facilities across Ogun State.
Registration Process
1. Register on our website, by visiting our office, visiting our registered PHCs or an assigned Third Party Agent (TPA) of OGSHIA.
2. Pay a premium of ₦12,000 per annum for an individual or ₦48,000 per annum for a family package. The family package offers a discount.
3. There is a waiting period of two months.
4. You receive an Identification card with a unique number.
5. Access care when needed at any accredited healthcare provider.
