Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Services

Provide quality health services to beneficiaries at no additional cost beyond the scheme's coverage.

Minimal Waiting

Ensure the patient's waiting period is kept to a minimal for all enrolled beneficiaries.

Regular Feedback

Provide regular feedback to the agency on the status of the scheme and beneficiary health outcomes.

Record Keeping

Maintain proper records of services rendered and payment received from OGSHIA.

Quality Improvement

Ensure that the facility implements its quality improvement plans as agreed with OGSHIA.

Referral System

Facilitate two-way referral system for patients requiring higher levels of care.

Minimum Requirements

To become an accredited OGSHIA Healthcare Provider, your facility must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Licensed by Department of Hospital Services MOH

• Possession of professionals with relevant academic qualifications

• Registration with the relevant regulatory bodies

• Possession of the current license to practice

• Appropriate facility for its intended level of service delivery
